Images of British Lichens

Dermatocarpon intestiniforme (Körb.) Hasse

Thallus lobed, with multiple holdfasts, lobes grey to brown above, at least the younger lobes pruinose, lobes 3–20mm wide (dimensions from Smith et al.), often contorted, underside without rhizines, surface with scattered perithecia. Local on damp rocks and on river margins in the north and west.
